JR Cougar Summer Baseball Camp Dates Announced

2015 JR Cougar Summer Baseball Camp Dates Have been announced.
Head Coach Eddie Tisdale and his staff are excited to announce the JR Cougar Summer Baseball Camp will be held June 29th - July 2nd from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.. Each day will consist of offensive/defensive fundamental, pitching/catching, baserunning,and sportsmanship training with a focus on having fun. All baseball players ages 7-12 are welcome to sign-up. Each Camper will receive a camp T-Shirt.
The camp cost is $50 and checks may be mailed to 275 E. Alexander Love Hwy. York, SC 29745 or submitted at the time of sign in.

York halts Northwestern region streak

The York Cougars pushed across the winning run in the eighth inning and edged the Northwestern Trojans 4-3 in a Region 3-4A game on Thursday.
The loss ended Northwestern’s 39-game region winning streak.
Hunter Horne picked up the victory for York, while Tripp Barringer took the loss for Northwestern.
John Moorefield led the Cougars with two hits, including a double, and he drove in one run. Harrison Childers added a double and drove in a pair of runs for York.

York Cougars baseball knocks off No. 9-ranked Rock Hill

The York Cougars scored all the runs they needed in the third inning and picked up a 3-1 win over the ninth-ranked Rock Hill Bearcats in a Region 3-4A game at York Tuesday night.
